we have two year olds

Hence the half torn Barney sticker we can't get off the side of the refrigerator.

So, it's been a while since I've posted a true update. That's because we haven't had much to post other than cute little quips that pop up once in a while in the midst of every day life.

They're both talking up a storm, full of energy, keeping us hopping and stealing everyone's hearts.

Kate is growing like crazy. Her language is a smidge advanced, as well as her physical ability and (surprise) her size. She is 33 pounds and 37 inches tall (125% - that explains my chronic back pain) with her head maintaining 50%. My big, sweet and beautiful Katybird.

Little Lily is as little as ever. Actually, littler. We actually have a bit of a concern with miss Lilybug's size. She has dropped back down to 25% in height (33") and 5% (22.75) in weight with her tiny little head back down off the chart again. The concern isn't that she's tiny, it's that she took a sudden drop. So, now the challenge is to get a little girl who has decided she isn't particularly interested in eating to eat a lot of high calorie food. She has a weight check appointment on June 22nd. Wish us luck, say a prayer, have good thoughts and what ever else you can think of.

On a lighter note, I thought I would close with a couple of the super cute interpretations they have for words...

Lily calls Kate "Cakey"
Kate calls Lily "Wiwee"
Lily calls soup "toot"
Kate calls soup "poot"
They both call peanut butter "butt"

All of which they lllooovvve, by the way. Especially the first two. ;-)
